Marina joined WFJ Janitorial Services in 2008 and brings more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration to the company. She is responsible for recruiting, hiring, screening and training of all staff members and managing marketing support for the company.

Luda Franco

Operations Manager
Luda has been with WFJ Janitorial Services since 2000. She manages all aspects of Interior Final Cleanup and trains and supervises all clean-up crews. Her primary focus is to insure that WFJ operations provide first-quality service and complete customer satisfaction.

Paul Blashishin

Operations Manager
Paul is responsible of the oversight of the company’s commercial janitorial accounts and oversees all window, carpet and floor cleaning crews. He is a hands-on manager and is well-trained in meeting the most demanding needs of our clients.

Vladimir Yudin

Exterior Field Manager
Vladimir has over 15 years experience in construction and management and oversees the operations of our exterior site clean-up crews. He understands the needs of both residential and commercial construction firms, and has the experience to tailor clean-up plans to meet the specific needs of each client.
