Screening & Testing

WFJ Janitorial Services uses a very stringent process for recruiting, testing, and screening specialists assigned to your facility. We make every effort to ensure that all individuals are the best match for your facility.

Our intense training program, superior on-site management, and the respect we show our customers and employees enable us to consistently exceed the janitorial service needs and goals of our clients.

Each WFJ employee must satisfy the following:

• Criminal Background Investigation
• Character Reference Check
• Job Fit Analysis
• Pre-Orientation for Job Readiness

Substance Abuse Policy

All employees of WFJ Janitorial Services are required to submit to a random, unannounced drug testing policy. This policy includes all illicit drugs and alcohol. Failure to submit to testing and/or positive test results will be grounds for immediate termination of employment.

All employees involved in a work-related accident or injury are required to report for a drug screen within 24 hours of the incident.

WFJ is a drug-free workplace.

Training

WFJ Janitorial Services is committed to providing the highest level of training to our employees. This includes rigorous On the Job Training as well as standard OSHA Regulated Training.
